My mission is simple: Master the Tech. Tell Your Story. I want to help you conquer the camera, streamline your workflow, and build a channel that fits your life—not the other way around.

Who is the Troublemaker?
I’m Roy Richardson. By day, I’m an IT Professional and College Professor. I’ve spent decades understanding complex systems and explaining them to people who just want things to work.
But I’m also a creator who has been in the trenches. I’ve taken the courses (Sean Cannell, Doc Rock, Project 24), I’ve read the books, and I’ve spent 15 years screaming into the void before I figured out what actually works.
I combine my ‘Geek Squad’ technical background with real-world creator strategy to give you advice that is practical, not theoretical.
